According to Market Watch, they have been sold to a Brazilian-Belgian company.
I am not a fan of Anheuser-Busch products, but holy crap. It doesn't get much more American with clydedales and the dalmation and whatnot. I have sort of been following this but never expected it to actually go through.
But if we get commercials with Brazilian women instead of horses and dogs, who am I to complain?
